The carrier has left the package containing my SIM card outside of building and has written on your website "delivered". They have delivered it to street and not me.
I did not receive SIM card. I sent several email from your website but each time they do not send new one. Complains 6402 and 6543 and 6563

Are you sure that they have CHAT and Messanger. I can not see no reply in Messanger.
It seems Fizz is anther fraudster Canadian Company.
