I don't have any internet connection since Sunday. No information provided by Fizz.
Am I the only one or?
Not able to chat with them. They are all time busy it seems.
How can I reach them?

Reinstall your apn settings, or reset your network settings (depending on which options your phone gives you). That has restored data for most people who didn't get it back after the weekend's outage.

Same here, and that "chat bubble" doesn't ever appear for me on this site. Very frustrating.
It should work , it works for most fizz clients
