I changed my number when switching to fizz 4 days ago, and my iMessage still will not activate. I tried all the apple solutions so does anyone have any suggestions?
Hi, have you tried rebooting your phone, it may just require a "refresh", by doing so it will reconnect to the Videotron/Bell/Rogers towers. If not then I'd recommend contacting Fizz support either through Facebook Messenger or using this website. https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us .

Is your phone up to date? In general- software updates? Did you accept the carrier settings update?
Is there any message or error that appears?
Turn off imessage and facetime, restart the phone, re-enable them.
