Unanswered question

Will you guys start being more open with communication soon?

As you guys might know, social media and open communications are key to a successful company these days.

A subreddit was created by u/ottawa1234567890 for FizzMobile, r/FizzMobile/, and a lot of people have been using the platform to ask questions and get answers.

Unfortunately, no one from the team is taking the time to go over there and take control of the subreddit and start answering questions.

I was interested in becoming a Fizz customer, but with the poor media coverage and the recent outages, it is getting harder to make the switch.

Will someone finally start answering questions?

Thank you!

No, Fizz is an online based service this is why they are cheaper so I don't think they will make any changes.

Let's let them fix the current issues before asking them to answer questions. Besides, fixing the known issues will likely answer 90% of the current questions :)

With respect Patrick I can confidently assure you they are all busy! Reddit is not their platform either. In more fallow times perhaps they would respond over there mind.

I agree with @Matthew M.

I was going through linked in for careers in fizz, to my surprise it stated that the company had about 50 employees, and most of them are from videotron!! Kind of explains the situation right now.

Their online support is probably outsourced. They are probably borrowing a few of Videotron's tech support folks. My 2 cents

A quick search on Linked-in unveils who is responsible for this

@ Emre, mate it's very poor form to do that. Posting pictures of staff online is invasive and personal.

I suggest you rethink your strategies there?

This is a community not a knives-out-free-for-all.
Also, that works both ways. I'm sure they have access to your details.

While I wouldn't do it, posting information available from a public internet search on Linked In is a lot different than posting personal information that was acquired as part of an online business transaction with a privacy policy, and is not publicly searchable information.

Hey Emre Y,

Agree with Alison, it's publicly shared information, but we don't see how posting images of employees will benefit the community or resolve some of the issues are members are having with their services. We actually believe this is counterproductive and only spreads or lends itself to animosity between Fizz and it's members. We want to steer away from this type of behaviour and we ask kindly to remove the images posted, or the post itself.

Thanks,

Jay
