Data Upgrades needs a change?

Data upgrades should be based on a percentage of your data plan instead of just 250MB, 500MB, etc...
If I had a 1GB data plan, 250MB upgrade would be 25% bonus to my data. If I had a 14GB data plan, that 250MB upgrade is only 1.8% bonus to my data.... not exactly fair!
Am I reading into this too much?

Seems logical. I agree it should be % based.6
