SIM not provisioned (Canada Plan)

Hi there,

1 - I activated my SIM card
2 - I choose my plan (10gb, unlimited messages, unlimited minutes, Canada, Voicemail)
3 - I choose a number
4 - I made the payment (i see it on my credit card account)

5 - I rebooted my phone many times
6 - I added the APN settings manually
7 - I tried selecting networks manually as well but it doesn't work
8 - The chat button doesn't work and Facebook will take a day

My phone:
LG G4(Android) > Unlocked (It was with Virgin Mobile)

Bad timing! You will need to wait until the network congestion issue is fixed.

General outage

You've seem to have done everything well. As mentioned some users are experiencing problems related to the outage. I would suggest waiting a bit and trying again later.
Ps follow the network status and once you see it up and running try again.
