Roaming issue or working as designed?

I have a fizz plan that includes Canada wide coverage. I was in Carleton Place this morning and my data stopped working. My phone said I was on Fizz EXT (which I understand to be their partner network). I was still able to make a call, but no data. Am I wrong in assuming my data should work across the country?

Yes I you’re right , it should work across the country . Try to reboot your cellphone when it does that . That’s what I do to make it work15
