Where is the chat bubble? Why isn't it showing up anywhere?

I'm having trouble transfering my phone number and there's just no way that I can contact Fizz... I paid my first month and it's just useless!

Try going to an FAQ, scroll to the bottom and wait a few minutes. Sometimes it shows up on the bottom right. Or go to manage plan, and click on unsubscribe. A chat bubble will appear. Don't worry, you won't unsubscribe unless you confirm. Otherwise, facebook messenger is also an option.

First, you can contact them via the contact forms found in your account under "my profile".

Second, the chat bubble can be found on any of the articles in the solution hub by waiting a while. But, when the customer service is overwhelmed and not available, the chat bubble disappears.

I have the same issue. clicked the Chat button many times but never had chat bubble showing up.

I don't understand why Fizz is not fixing the chat issue. It should be a priority.

the last time I saw the bubble was on last Sunday. I've tried to chat with support but after about 2hrs, I still not able to chat with support. I gave up!! Since then, the chat bubble disappeared. I guess maybe currently is the promotional period and a lot of people are interested to switch and have many questions.

It's almost as if they know they will get so many messages on the Fizz chat that they purposely disable it knowing that fewer users know/try to use Facebook...
