Re-trying to get phone number from other provider(Sim activation code is invalid)?

Ok so I tried activating my sim card on the weekend, had issues with transfering the number, I realized it was likely my previous month to month had just expired. I re-activated the account this morning and would like to try again to get my number. But my original Sim activation code is not valid anymore. How can I contact someone to see if they can reset my activation code for the sim or manually retry to get the phone number?

Go into your account online, choose my profile, then contact forms, in the drop down, pick schedule a meeting with customer support for help in transferring your number. Explain the problem you're having, and send.

Hi,

You can contact Fizz via :
-Online chat (M-F 7-10/WKNDS 10-6) ... Make sure your popup blocker is disabled
-Facebook chat
-Contact forms (My Profile/Contact Forms)

If your activation code on your sim card is invalid, it means that you have already tried to port your number over. In that case porting can take a few hours, or even a few days in a few rare cases if there are outstanding payments with your previous carrier. In order to check if your number has been ported, log into your old carrier and see if the line is still with them.
.
If nothing works you can always contact them using the chat bubble at the bottom of the page.

Same here last night. I tried to chat today and waited more than 2 hours on the queue, but still can not reach the customer service.
There is no notification on my account. My old service is still working as usual. I hope the issue will be fixed sooner.
