Cancel account Unsubscribe its missing

Read the steps but their is no Unsubscribe
And their is no bubble
So can I cancel my account?

Are you able to remove your credit card information from your account? If the payment doesn't go through, you'll be automatically unsubscribed.

Hmmm...I can still see mine. Removing credit card sounds like the best option to cancel.

Unsusbscribe is done.
Now I want my money back for the SIM card , ready to send it back, never functional with PIN, PUK.
Thank you.
PS 5 dollars is 5 dollars.
Where charged for a product that never worked.
That was the most horrible experience with a company that I had.

Tried to delete the credit card but cannot delete it as it linked with active plan.
Any further advice.
