Got email SIM card delivered. But NO SIM delivered at address ?

I got an email that my SIM card was delivered. But I did not get the SIM card at my address. Too much of automation eh ? So where is the SIM card ?

Yea. check around...same issue for me. They use a local small courier. I'm sure the guy doesn't want to have to make a return trip and just dropped it somewhere that's not out in the open.

If its not at the door, its in the mail box beside the door, mine was in the mail box. If you still havent received it yet make sure you notify them online or the mail they sent you saying sim delivered.

Same for me. I ordered 2 sims. I was told via "bubble" to order another. I was suppose to get refund. Nothing. Used bubble again. Waited 2 hours in a queue just for an automated reply that said "No agents available. This conversation has ended" Tried serviceclient@Fizz.ca just got an automated ticket number. We received your form Follow up on a complaint . Your request was assigned the number xxxx , and was handed over to a specialized team. Stay tuned — we’re working on it and we’ll update you shortly.

Still waiting! Next stop BBB.
