I have a plan with unlimited sms, but still got charged from my wallet, why and what to do?
You'll have to contact fizz directly. There's a contact for. In your customer account, under "my profile". Avoid putting more money into you wallet for now to avoid losing it.

Contacting Fizz should get money back. Meanwhile, don't put money on wallet. Their system is not 100% glitch-free right now.
