How to make changes to my plan?

I want to make change to my plan, but it show the billing cycle is invalid. So I can't do any changement. Please help.

I would suggest that you go into your account overview, then my profile, contact forms, and choose the item closest to your problem. Describe what you want to do and why it won't work for you in as much detail as you can, then send them the message. Much easier than trying to find the every elusive chat bubble.

Apparently change in plan will be take affect on your next billing cycle, its not immediate. Almost no one can find the chat bubble, your options are to either contact by facebook messenger or by filling up a contact form.

I know Fizz is prepaid service, if I want make changes to my plan, it's only for the next month. But, the problem is the system doesn't allow me to make changes in advance. And there is no date of start and date of end of my bill cycle, every one is the same? Fizz billing cycle is nature calendar month?

Your billing date is the date you started your service. If you cannot make any changes to your account, or see your billing cycle, then there may be a problem with displaying your account, and I'm sorry to say you'll have to contact customer service for that.

To double check, when you log into your account, can you select "my plans" (on the right hand side on a computer), then the green "manage plan" button that appears with your plan information, then select "make changes to this plan" from the next screen? If you can't do those things, there seems to be a problem with displaying your account information that only customer service/tech support can help you with.

When I go into my account and choose the button of make changes to my plan, it always show BILL CYCLE INVALID. No one answers my request from Fizz.
