Im trying to ship the sim card to an address in griffintown, its a year old address, not sure what to do! I can't chat with them either because the chat bubble doesn't appear
It's another bug. Report it.

I know this isn't the best solution... but you could sign up for a CanadaPost FlexDelivery account. They will ship it to the nearest FlexDelivery location (Canadapost Office), and you will be able to go collect it once arrived. (with a photo ID).

Definately not normal. Probably a glitch in their system. Try again, but if not I would contact their support tomorrow(Monday) as the chat should be open for business.
I tried adding the PO BOX of the canada post in griffintown and it gave me the same message :\

It's in Quebec! (5 minutes drive from downtown Montreal!)

Have you tried shipping it to someone else's house like a friend or family member?
Other addresses work... but it's very inconvenient..Ideally, I would like to have it shipped there
I had the same issue, I was trying to get it shipped to downtown Montreal and I had the outside of shipping zone error message. I got it to work after disabling my adblock chrome plugin.
