Can’t connect to the fizz mobile network

I purchased a sim card and activated my account and updated the carrier but I still don’t have any network. Im using an iPhone 7 unlock and it still says no service. Can anyone give me a hand?

You should have received and e-mail confirmation and a text message on your phone.

It might take a little while before it activate, especially if you have ported a number from your old provider.

In anycase it's a good thing to restart your phone.

Did you try this yesterday between 6pm-3am because there was an outage and others including myself are having similar issues.

Your best bet will be to try using the sim in another Fizz-Compatible unlocked phone. If you get service, there's something wrong with your iPhone 7.

I had similar issues on an iPhone 6s that was "Unlocked" but I still needed to contact my previous carrier to have it re-unlocked for some odd reason.

I had issues with my iPhone because it didn't update the carrier settings automatically after I swapped the sim cards. To force the update, go to settings > general > about. You should get a pop up asking if you want to update the carrier settings.
