Answered question
I would like to read the terms of service to help me decide if I should switch carriers. Where can I do this? Link?

@ Sabrina--that's only the terms and conditions of the website. I haven't found terms of service outside of my account profile, and mine are specific to the beta period I think.
I got mine when I activated my sim card by email
If you're looking for how to keep your introductory pricing, that info can be found here: https://fizz.ca/en/node/2171
Keep your account active and never change your plan.
Hi,
It's important to note that Fizz is entirely prepaid, there are no <Contract agreements> like you would have with other carriers.
Here are the Fizz <Terms and Conditions> : https://fizz.ca/en/terms-and-conditions
There used to be pdf documents with the terms of service. But that page was removed to reduce bugs.
Now there's only this html page https://fizz.ca/en/terms-and-conditions
Thank you all for answering but yes, I am looking to read the terms of service. I did click the links your sent my way but they aren't what I'm looking for.
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction before my SIM arrives.
Here is a link to where they talk about the pdf documents of Terms of Service.
