Level 1 to Level 0? - Yet another bug!

Apparently, level 0 is better than level 1?!
I am going to assume this is related to the current service outage.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I didn't lose my level, but I lost all rollover data and the ability to see my usage yesterday afternoon
I also had to reinstall my apn settings this morning. They had disappeared

I'm still level 3, and like Allison I lost all rollover data and the ability to see my usage.
I got a Free VM bonus and trying to figure out what it means really, since I already have VM in my plan.

By the way, I have found the unicorn... bubble chat is back on line :O))

I am same level as before. I don't have any rollover data, but my gifted data is there. I can see daily usage. My friend activated his sim during the outage and now it's not working. The referral bonus didn't take either.

Réne D, did you activate one of your bonus upgrades? I think that's what triggered the loss of rollover data and usage information for me.

@Allison W. I did use one of my upgrades the initial 250MB. And while I have the 500MB upgrade I don't have any slots to use that one yet. So I don't think using the upgrades are related to losing levels.

So I just experienced the Level 0 bug. Website showed me Level 0 out of nowhere. But it's not really a bug related to fizz. At least not with me. I restarted the browser (Chrome) and it went away. I'm back at Level 3 where I belong. I think it has to do with LocalStorage getting out of sync with their servers. Restarting the browser resets the LocalStorage.

Solution: RESTART BROWSER.

Today is the 1st day of my new month, everything looks perfect, including rollover data. Even went up a Level during outage.

 

I do find today's bill under Transaction History, but NO date/time/authorization# inside. Payment charged or not charged? May be I will be the next auto-unsubscribed ^ ^

My last payment receipt was blank except for amount. My credit card was charged and I was not unsubscribed.
