For the SMS, I can send message, but can't receive message. I've set up APN with the indication of FIZZ and ticked the new APN, but still not working. And I haven't got the famous 2 notifications from Fizz after activation.
Ok, I guess you have to launch a chat so Jean. That's weird. Possibly a phone issue but more likely a network issue.

What kind of handset are you using Jean?
Android or iOS Apple?
For SMS (not RCS or iMessage) the APN is broadly irrelevant. APN is for data and MMS.

Have you received any SMS ever? Is it intermittent reception or 100% off?
100% off, no incoming message.
It's not an issue of my phone. I've tested the sim card of fizz with 3 different phones, all without incoming message.

Also, what is the difference between SMS and MMS?

MMS is an SMS/text with a built-in multimedia file like picture or video.
They are treated differently by different boxes in the phone network.
