Activated a sim last night, wanted to port in my number after, chose a random number, but can't see to do that now, please help?
also, where's the chat with support bubble, can't seem to get any real help.
The chat bubble does disappear from time to time when there are too many people in queue. But there should be a Contact Form available to use at any time.

Everything is pointing to you needing to perform the port in at the time you activate the SIM. If you didn't, you will need to get a new SIM to do so. See:
