Accidentally registered wrong plan

Hi,
I accidentally selected the wrong plan yesterday (less than 24 hours ago) when I registered, and I cannot change the plan. I did not see it selected Quebec only and it was a complete error. I would like to increase my plan to a larger quota and Canada-wide before the introductory plans cease. Can someone please help me with this? I understand that the plan itself will not change until next month, but I want to ensure that I maintain an introductory price plan.
