$25 plus taxes just for a call-out function? Are you kidding me Fizz?

I activated my SIM card 24 hours ago with a $25/month plan, 1G data, unlimited messages, unlimited calls in Canada. However, until now, I can only call out, nobody can call me in and all the callers reached my previous VM with Fido because I paid this month to Fido. I cannot text any message out or receive any texts. Data does not work at all so I lose my access to Internet or any Apps. What on earth is Fizz providing to customer? Unlimited call outs only at @25/month? Can I get my refund for this useless SIM card and my first payment of over $30?

Don't worry about your referral code it will show up eventually, It took 4 days for my mother to get hers. When you call someone does your ported number show up correctly on their Caller ID? What is the manufacturer/model of your device?

Yes, I transferred my number from Fido. My cellphone is not locked by any telecommunication company. Besides, 24 hours passed, there is no “Invite Friends” option under My Profile. I wonder if all of these is nothing but a myth, like unicorn? I am really upset and disappointed about Fizz...Crying...

Thank you Emre, yes, I provided every information required, including my IME and my account number with Fido...Until now I cannot see any option as “Invite Friends” under My Profile, so that I have no access to my referral code......Crying...

Do not worry about your referral code, it took 4 days for my mother's code to show up in her account.

@Ya C. Wipe those tears. It's only 30$ at the end of the month. It's not worth crying over spilt milk. Talk to Fizz employees through the Contact Form, or Facebook chat.

No one else is going to be able to return you the money. Someone here might donate 250mb of data to your account out of pity but that's about it.
