Why are all my options in manage plan gone?

After re-activating a plan, I am not presented with all the options to manage the plan. I only have the option to manage permissions.

Try contacting them through fb messenger or fill up their contact forms.

Were you able to fix it? What was the issue in the first place? It might help people in the future who are re-activating plans. It seems like an edge case that could be easily missed.

This the same info I get when I go to manage my plan, I'd really like to be able to change a few things... Hope there is some info on this soon.
