Could not activate cellular data network

When first activating my phone I connected to LTE and tried a speedtest. Mid speed test it failed and since data has not worked on my sim and says "Could not activate data network". Tried on iPhone 5S and 6S. 5S has Fizz 34.1 and 6S has Fizz 35.

Also, when I go to manage my account I can only see what I currently have. I cannot edit anything or put add ons? I'm I blocked or something?

My phone can make calls though.

A speed test can easily take 200mb of data in a few seconds, maybe you passed your limit and have no funds in your pay as you go account balance? Otherwise you're probably better off going to "my profile" then "contact forms".

Both don't work:
1) I have 1 GB and I used 77 mb on the test.
2) Tried contact forms no answer. Tried fb no answer.
3) Di-activated ublock origin and still doesn't give me the options on the site just shows the following in black text with grey background. See pic attached.
