Does FIZZ limit the size of MMS video messages?

Just signed up, tested texting = OK, tested sending picture = OK, tested sending video (3seconds) = NOT OK. other person (on multiple phones) gets message saying VID_(number) is removed due to size reduction limit. Cannot find anything to indicate there is any limit. Was able to send videos 10x as long through MMS under my previous carrier (Telus). Anyone know anything about this?

The mother network limits all SMS/MMS to 600kb12

The mother network (Vidéotron) has a maximum limit of 600kb for SMS MMS12

The limit can be googled. It's depended on the telecom carriers as well as operating system providers.12

Just chiming if we may - the limit size of MMS with Fizz is 5Mbs
