I requested 2 SIM cards. I was charged for 2 SIM cards but only received one. How do I get this situation resolved?
Just had a similar problem. Ordered 3 sims received 2. They told me to order another and they would reimburse me which I think is ridiculous.

You need to log into your account, make sure any pop-up blocker is disabled and you must go to your profile. Once there, you will see a small green chat bubble on the bottom right, click it and you can start a chat.
Otherwise, you can go to your profile, then select "CONTACT FORMS".
Don't forget to deactivate any pop-up blockers for Fizz website. Otherwise you wont get the chat bubble!
