Incoming SMS not working, how to fix?

Yes I have the proper APN settings. Outgoing SMS is working, voice and data working. I double checked the APN, I rebooted my phone after setting the APN. I don't see a way to contact them?

Finally got a welcome message @ 5h30 am and when I tested incoming SMS, it worked! So be patient I guess! Thx for the help.

If you have new plan you need to wait a good 3-6 hours for all services to be active.

I activated my SIM yesterday @ around 8pm. Still not working. And tried everything on the help page except a different phone. My phone worked with Telus and Public Mobile.

The worst is that I don't even see the chat bubble , it's frustrating .. I don't have another phone to test

About contacting them:

Chat bubble has always been available Mon-Fry between 07:00-22:00 and on WE between 10:00 and 19:00

It sometimes desapear if there is no tech available to anwser

Anyhow, I procede in that order an I get the Chat bubble on almost every time between opening hours!

Prior to this DEACTIVATE POP-UP BLOCKERS.

1 - Login to your acount;

2- Go to any FAQ from the Solution Hub page;(ex: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-set-up-my-voice-mail)

3- Wait a few seconds, the Chat bubble should apear in the right bottum corner of your brorwser.

4- Click on the chat bubble and put question in the message area, it will tell your position in the waiting line.

That's it!

I finally got the chat bubble and waited 1h40... I was 7th in line. After 40 min @ the number 1 position, I decided to check and chat is until 6pm on weekends. I had been passed that time for 35 min... I guess they leave you hanging after support closes the chat... Not impressed. I'll try again tomorrow.

Good, I think they did a major deployment last night!
My VM is suddenly working this morning as well as some call forward functions!!

We're going to get there, but like they say... don't hold your breath :)
