Hi all, I have a question, I activated my SIM card, however, I have a problem.
In my phone's settings, when I go in about, it does say "Carrier : Fizz 34.1".
But in Network at the top, it shows "Not Available".
When I click on "Not Available", it says the following : "Phone Not Allowed".
What does that mean ? (I attached a photo)
Everything is up to date but it refuses to work.

Here's the thing, could it be because this was purchased in the U.S as an ex T-Mobile phone that was then unlocked ?
My IMEI is : 35930706118832
Could an employee look into this ?

Which iPhone do you have? Do you have the latest version of iOS? Did you click update when the message popped up after inserting your SIM card?

That’s very odd, try contacting fizz directly through their chat bubble or through Facebook messenger
