I received an email saying that Sim Card was delivered; however, I did not receive anything in my mailbox!!!

Hi guys,

I received an email saying that Sim Card was delivered. It was November 20th. Today, it is November 22th and I
have not received anything in my mailbox. What should I do? How can I contact the customer service at Fizz Company? It is really disappointing!!!

It's a problem with Purolator and their delivery. It should be at your doorstep. If you live in an apartment, they might not have been able to get inside in order to deliver. Contact Fizz like Peter M. suggested.

Try contacting Fizz through the chat bubble or through Facebook messenger. Check your email that you received and see if there is a button that says did not receive SIM card or something like that.

It is delivered by Purolator so it won't be in your mailbox if you live in an area with super mailbox. In my case they left it in my front porch mailbox that I have, and purposely leaving it visible a bit. Perhaps it is in there if you have one?

I have the exact same problem. I can't even see any means of contacting Fizz, no chat bubble, no facebook link. And I needed to make the port today, as I will now be charged another month of service... How do I contact Fizz?
