Missing lots of stuff in profile?

Just signed up today after getting my SIM and the phone works fine but for some reason I am missing several things when I sign in (either on mobile or computer). The referral menu option isn't there, the ability to change my plan isn't there, the chat bubble isn't there, etc. Does it take some time for these things to appear after signing up?

Now if I can only add voicemail to my plan...

It takes a few hours for everything to get populated. Try opening it in incognito mode and see if that makes a difference. But it did take a few hours for the referral link to show up for me as well.

I had the same problem after signing up with Fizz, give it a day or two and things should start appearing normally.

Rob M, welcome to Fizz, sorry for the slight hiccup with the activation, I'm happy to read all is working well, sometimes there is a slight delay in having all the available options visible. For the VM issue, you can request a rate plan change and add VM to your plan...however, it will only be effective on your next renewal date :)

I activated my line yesterday. I'm still missing some options on my profile. I'll wait a couple days like everyone else suggested since this seems to be known issue.
