Answered question

I ordered and paid for 3 SIMs but I only received 1 SIM. How do I contact Fizz to resolve this?

I ordered and paid for 3 SIMs but I only received 1 SIM. Purolator delivered a Fizz cardboard mailer with only 1 SIM taped inside. There is currently NO chat bubble and the contact form has been disabled. I messaged them on Facebook Messenger but it says it can take several hours for them to respond. Is there an email address that I can email them at?

There is supposed to be a chat bubble at every page of the Fizz website. If you do not see it on your current web browser, try another kind of browser.

Good luck!

I'm pretty sure the chat bubble is currently disabled. When you login, do you see the chat bubble? If yes, please attach a screenshot of the chat bubble.

Find Fizz and message then there, but make sure to include as much information as you can as they seem to reply once a day, ive been waiting to resolve an issue for almost a week now with no luck. Really wish the bubble worked.

I have had the same problem. I ordered 3 sims and received 2. They told me to order another 1 and they will re-reimburse me, which is ridiculous of course. They should send me the number of sims I ordered

I think if they weren't ready to launch with at least a minimum of customer service, they should have waited to make sure everything was in place and they would be ready with some kind of decent turnaround times. If it is owned by videotron, they should at least have a booth/kiosk in a mall or two where you could buy sim cards and ask questions. This fully automated concept is good in theory, but it doesn't work in real life. The choice of shipping company is also questionable at best when Canada post is cheaper and do a much better job, plus they have been legislated back to work (bad for them unfortunately, but good for us. Getting the sim card should be the most hassle free part of the process -- but there is no sure way to obtain direct support, like in my case never receiving 3 additional cards after 4 or 5 days, and having promised some coworkers some. It gives them real confidence in signing up and giving me the referral lol.
