I ordered and paid for 3 SIMs but I only received 1 SIM. How do I contact Fizz to resolve this?

I ordered and paid for 3 SIMs but I only received 1 SIM. Purolator delivered a Fizz cardboard mailer with only 1 SIM taped inside. There is currently NO chat bubble and the contact form has been disabled. I messaged them on Facebook Messenger but it says it can take several hours for them to respond. Is there an email address that I can email them at?
