SIMs not received how do i contact fizz?

ordered 3 sims from Fizz a while back but only received 1. back then i didnt really care because they were $1 each. but now i have family members that want to sign up. i noticed the live chat bubble is gone. how do i contact fizz now?

you should've received an email confirmation saying that they were delivered. in that email there's a button that says "did not receive SIM card" or something of the sort.

I'd recommend checking your spam email just in case it was in there.

Fizz is a company that does not have a call centre although I believe there is a Contact Us section where you can chat with a rep.

Theres a button there which says chat.
