Getting the bubble Chat every time!

I procede in that order an I get the Chat bubble on almost every time between opening hours!

 

1 - Login to your acount;

2- Go to any FAQ from the Solution Hub page;(ex: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-set-up-my-voice-mail)

3- Wait a few seconds, the Chat bubble should apear in the right bottum corner of your brorwser.

4- Click on the chat bubble and put question in the message area, it will tell your position in the waiting line.

That's it!

Yes, we still have the chat as a form of contact :)

Maybe you were trying to contact us on a pretty busy day and that's why you were unable to get in line with us, sorry for the inconvenience.

I cannot chat with anybody at Fizz, the chat bubble doesnt work like at all. I am really unhappy with the service so far. Fizz, contact me please!

I tried that. The first time I got the chat circle, filled it and they said that my chat session has ended. Refreshed the page, not getting the chat anymore :(

I just tested it 10 min. ago!

Sometimes the chat bubble disappear if there no tech available or too many people in line.

07:00 till 22:00 weekdays
10:00 till 18:00 WE

You can also send instant message on the Fizz FaceBook page or use the online contact form on your My Profil page

Just to keep inform, the ones following this thread.

It seem that Fizz's boiler is running out of water whit the "unicorn" chat bubble as well as the FaceBook chat!

I recommend to use the contact form on your "My Profile" page.

At least it automatically opens a ticket in the system.

BUT

Make sure to be explicit as much as possible about your issues. Otherwise you'll end up in a wild goose chase, exchanging e-mails for ever, trying to get the right answer.

Do they even have chat anymore? I haven't seen the chat bubble once in the last three days (yes, popups are allowed, and I'm logged in).

I've tried direct message on facebook, no response.

I've tried using the community hub (https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1863021-home-address-subscription-area-fizz-ext-home-can-force-fizz), but the answer was to contact them.

I know I can use the "complaint" form in my account page, but this isn't a complaint, I just want some help.
