Answered question
Activated the SIM, trying it in my iPad Pro 12.9 (2018 3rd gen) iOS 12.1
No Data. Even if I manually configure the access points I cannot browse nor send iMessage/Facetime.
Same issue with my Iphone 6.
Dont manual configure.
Update IOS to the lastest and then go to General , then About , check your Service Provider, if it says Videotron, tap on it, it will refresh to Fizz if you are on the latest iOS.
I did that, my friend too. Worked. We had no data at the beginning. Now we have a 100mbps in Montreal Downtown data for less than 8$ haha

I am already on the latest IOS on both devices.
my Carrier is named : "Carrier 34.0"
Read carefully, i didnt only ask you about the iOS , i also asked you to press in Carrier in Settings , General, About.
I did that.
General, Information, in "Opérateur" I see "Carrier 34.0"
Here's your problem it seems, i got Carrier : Fizz 34.1.
Try on your iPhone. I doubt it'll work for iPad.
On my iPhone I see Videotron but I get the same message "Impossible d'activer le réseau cellulaire"
No Data either.
I get the "Impossible d'activer le réseau de donnée cellulaire" on both iPhone and iPad. I have the same issue on my 2 SIMs i got today.
My replies get delete for some reason.
I get the "Impossible d'activer le reseau cellulaire" on both iPhone and iPad.
Any update on the issue?
Yes. To resolve the issue, eventhough the iPad and iPhone had the latest iOS, they got the "new operator settings" only when I physically connected them via USB to Itunes. I had to buy a USBa to USBc cable for my 3rd Gen iPad Pro to do this though.
