No chat bubble?

There's no chat bubble, and I'm having problems but there's no possible way to contact you guys.

The chat bubble is still present on our site. You have only to be connected and check the info we already got on the FAQs.

You also can reach us on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. We enlarge the ways you can contact us day by day.

For awhile the chat bubble was also replaced with a bubble linking to Facebook messenger. I believe they've been playing around with the functionality of it for the past 2 weeks.

Fizz was testing (last week) switching back + forth with bubble and Facebook. Stay on line, refresh screen once in a while, u may see it. I saw it twice within last hour.

Alternatively, log into your Fizz account, click "My Profile", then select "Contact form". There you can ask your question/concern, you can also attach file if needed. It'll take a few days to get reply from Fizz personnel. Nice day!

The contact form doesnt have all issue that we can select. By the way The website are in update, and the chat bubble are not present at this time. Try with Facebook on they page.

They seem to be forcing people to Facebook, which is absolutely ridiculous. You're now expected to have a Facebook account and it's now impossible to have a live conversation with a Fizz rep (they take several hours to answer you on Facebook).

Indeed, the bubble chat appears and disappears. I thought that at the beginning it was my browser that was not compatible but it seems that this is generalized. I managed to contact them via FB Messenger and you also recommend passing to FB pending the return of it.
For the developers of the website, it might be interesting to integrate the chat MESSENGER FB website. (There is already some script to this effect) If it plan to remove totaly the "inner chat of this site"

Same here for the past 3 days...

I tried to ask for help on Facebook but they answered back saying thet there was no problem and that the chat bubble was there. Even when I sent printscreens, they continued to deny...
Not very helpful.

Has someone successfully reached their chat recently?
If so, how did you do it?

You have to be logged, to go to the solution hub, find the article related to your problem.
While you will read it, the bubble will appear, you just have to wait :)

Maybe it does not work for everybody...
I have been on the forum for over 30 minutes. No chat bubble appeared.

Do you remember which question it was? Maybe I could try the same page as you?

The chat bubble appears and disappears accordingly with the available agents. The more agents are connecter and available, the fastest the bubble appears.

But we're at your disposal also on Facebook Messenger and Twitter.
