I am not able to activate my SIM, been trying since Friday.
You need to check all of these :
If none of this work, ask the Fizz messenger on their facebook to look into your problem, I had the same problem and they solved it within days.

The chat option is up again after being delayed this morning. Take note of the message and see what happens when you speak with them. Took me about 1h to wait in queue but my issue was escalated.
