SIM Activation issue, is this a known issue?

I am not able to activate my SIM, been trying since Friday.

You need to check all of these :

  • Did you check the compatibility of your cellphone with the LTE Network?
  • You can check it on various websites, just type <phonename> LTE and you'll have short results saying that it is or not compatible with LTE.

    • Did you turned on data while plugging in the card SIM? It is important to do so, because it'll help your phone to set the network settings.
    • If all of that done and still not working, you should modify the APN settings as shown in this article

      If none of this work, ask the Fizz messenger on their facebook to look into your problem, I had the same problem and they solved it within days.

The chat option is up again after being delayed this morning. Take note of the message and see what happens when you speak with them. Took me about 1h to wait in queue but my issue was escalated.
