Unable to activate MMS/iMessage on iPhone since changing to Fizz?

I am unable to activate my iMessage since changing to Fizz. On top of the website having no chat bubble, no email, or telephone number. Please fix this Fizz!

Known issue. Never worked. Not sure when/if it will work. Search community for other posts.
