Service agreement - why can't see or download?

from Manage page, see 2 pdf links but nothing happen when clicking on them.
Using both Internet Explore and Chrome.

As of today there is nothing visible when going to that page. And there is no link to access that page anymore. So the bug is fixed through no longer offering the page for viewing.

Try downloading the PDF via incognito/ private mode.

I have just tested with Firefox 63.0.1 (64bits) on Windows 10, managed to download my service agreement OK. To me there's still a lot of work to be done on Fizz web site. Well I guess that's what we Beta for. Nice day!

p.s. just noticed SMS is only $0.05/msg on Pay-as-you-go (not in my plan), ha!

Well, I just tried from my android phone in Chrome, Edge and Samsung Internet, first two are giving a message that says "Error The document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged", the third one just a blank page.

I've just tested Microsoft Edge on Windows 10, I could log into my account but could not download the Service Contract neither.

I guess this will be one more item for the Fizz team to work on during Beta.
