Cannot use Data on my cell phone.

I have join the Fizz network yesterday night and today my LTE Data does not work on my iPhone 6s +. I have Canada selected in my plan and 8GB of Data.

Is there an issue with the network today?

Solution from JROCK M. did not work. I was already on IOS 12.1.

What i did was plug the phone into my computer and through iTunes i was prompted to update carrier settings. Once i did that the Data worked right away.

Hey Pietro,

You need to upgrade your iOS to the latest version. Doing so will update the carrier settings and APN settings on your iPhone.

Be sure to be updated to iOS 12.1:

1. connected to your wifi
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to Informations
4. Scroll down down and wait
5. You should be prompt to download carrier update

I have the same problem, phone and text work fine but data not working, thanks JROCK for the answer but yes I do have the latest IOS, I am still waiting to see if it eventually works, it is a beta try out so.....however I have send a request to tech team and will keep it posted here later if anything.

Hi Pietro,

After installing the new IOS you have to verify in "Settings / General / About" that the carrier is Fizz 34.1. If not, a popup should appear to let you download the Carrier bundle 34.1 Fizz.​

If the popup didn't appear, make sure you have activated the WiFi so the phone will be connected to internet - as soon as the WiFi is activated, the popup will appear
