Why is my phone not connecting to cellular network?

I put my new Fizz sim card in my phone (iPhone 6) yesterday and almost instantaneously had the fizz network running. I can make phone calls and receive text messages. However, I do not have internet access when I am not connected to wifi. It says that I am connected on LTE or 3G at the top of the screen but every time I try to open my emails or a website it says that I am not connected to the internet.

Seems like an APN issue, make sure you update your iOS to the latest version (12.1) or follow the instructions here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-parameters-apn10

I connected my iPhone to iTunes and i was prompted to update carrier settings. Give it a try.8
