Hey JROCK,

I don't think so. Fizz runs on Videotron's 4G network which has the 700 and 2100 bands.
The ad says the phones runs on 850/1700/1900 bands.

This ad: https://www.amazon.ca/BLU-Win-Unlocked-Dual-SIM-Smartphon...
for a very similar phone says it runs on many more bands including 700 and 2100

Good luck

Eh, in fact it's a definite no.

More and better specs here: https://www.phonemore.com/blu-win-hd-w510u/specs/2382

It's not even an LTE phone so yeah it won't work anyway, whatever bands within LTE.

Fizz is LTE only.
